New cup warmer :)

...well nearly. Just fitted the new exhaust heat shield from Steve Heath Engineering Ltd. So simple to do, just needed two open ended spanners, 10mm and 13mm. Loosened 2 of the bolts that hold on the PAS pump, slide on the shield, tighten them up. Job done.

Here's the result:
This now protects the swirl pot, serp belt and otter switch from the heat of the exhausts :)

I tried to fit mine today too - the top 10mm bolt head is stripped, although the 13mm one moved OK. Any ideas? I don't want to completely round it off...

Sean, I would try covering the bolt with penetrating oil/WD40 and leave overnight. Next day give it another covering. I would then try and force (hammer on) a ring spanner onto the bolt head and see if you can get it shifted. Failing that I would probably go the route of removing the serp belt, the PAS pulley and use a socket set, again forcing the socket on. Next you would probably look at drilling the bolt out and replacing it.
